Pilates+ Mat Class

Service Description

Login and workout!! Prior to class you will receive a virtual invitation to join the ZOOM LiveStream workout. You may choose to be seen or be anonymous, so join the group or privately workout- you choose. Weights (cans, water bottles) 1-5lbs, small ball (pillow, yoga block), and stretch band-all optional! Socks or bare feet. Don't let outside circumstances hold you back from enjoying your workout. These classes are our community and we can all see each other, chat afterwards and know, we are still working out together! Stay positive and healthy by remaining active and strong, I look forward to seeing you all in class- xo
