INGREDIENTS
●13oz Chickpeas in brine
●13oz Greek feta cheese
●3 Tomatoes
●1 Red onion
●1 Cup chopped parsley
●Olive oil, 2 tbsp
METHOD
Step 1- Drain the chickpeas and cheese cubes.
Step 2- Dice the tomatoes.
Step 3- Peel and slice the red onion.
Step 4- Chop the parsley.
Step 5- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and drizzle some oil on them.
